After stopping by Will Rise tattoo i gave Estevan Oriol a call to catch up at Soul Assassins studio as i was locked into shoot Mister Cartoon for an Inked Magazine article that afternoon. We were lucky enough to get taken to a few East L.A Mexican spots by Estevan for some amazing burritos and Mexican sweets then headed to the L.A river for a few shots. Afterwards we headed to the studio to watch Cartoon finish off a tattoo and take some flicks. The shots are being used for a new issue of Inked Magazine so I've only posted outtakes, the rest of the photos I'll post when the magazine...

Decided to stop by Will Rise Tattoo up on Fairfax while i was in L.A. One of the coolest tattoo shops i've been in, its owned by one of the illest graf writers in L.A, Norm. Was lucky enough to snap some shots of Jeffrey Page tattooing. So many cool things in this shop, one of my favourites was the electric chair. You can check the shop here and Jeff's tattoos over here.
