Shot Lazy J yesterday with his two dogs, Bonnie and Clyde. I've been wanting to shoot this for awhile now and even though they are 6 months old and not fully grown, I had to make it happen because he is about to sell one of the dogs. They were pretty tired and distracted for 90% of the frames i took, but i managed to get a few with them looking.

She was painting an old pub that had been closed for years and I ended up chatting to her for over an hour. Her name is Jane Bennett and she spends all her time painting in the streets and has been doing it for over 30 years. She's an industrial heritage artist who paints old, damaged, abandoned places and captures the old Sydney. She had so many stories about the old days and told me a bunch of cool stories about old criminals from the area like Neddy Smith, who was around...

Been experimenting with different light on the same location so I've been shooting the Harbour Bridge every morning this week. Was freezing and about to head home when a random guy and his massive Great Dane named Atticus showed up. Had a quick chat with him and he was standing in good light so i snapped off about 10 frames. Atticus only looked at the camera for one shot which is one of the photos below, I dont like the framing alot but theres not much i can do about it now.

Spent the day lurking around, in between running errands and visiting some favourite spots. Most days we would walk for about 12 hours a day just exploring and taking photos. I think the night before we went out and got messed up so we didn't wake up out of bed until 12pm haha. Ended the day watching the Sunset over Brooklyn and Manhattan and heading to an exhibition to see Kiwi street photographer Tom Gould. Woke up to this every morning. ...
